More than 50 people at your service
We have a staff that currently exceeds 50 people with training in clean room working procedures. It is composed of manufacturing operators, Quality personnel and management.
SILCEE’s infrastructure currently has the capacity to manufacture a large number of references thanks to their diversity of work teams.
Since its foundation in 2001 SILCEE has increased its production volume from 10,000 equipment per month to exceed 500,000 equipment today. The workforce has also increased in the same proportion, with very low turnover rates, so the know-how of the workers is really high.

We currently manufacture both extension sets and equipment for transfusion, perfusion, oncology and aspiration.
To do this, we work with:

Primarily manual production to maximize quality
The manufacture of the equipment is mainly manual. The application of the binding agent is carried out by impregnated sponge or with wick, for applications that require greater precision. We are exploring the possibility of incorporating automatic dispensers for those applications that require it.
Primary packaging can be done both in pouch and in thermoformer (blister), since we have both technologies in our facilities.
Secondary packaging is carried out in a separate controlled room, observing the cascade of pressures to ensure the classification of the clean room.
Finally, in our warehouses we have the necessary human and mechanical resources, so that the manufactured references are carefully managed. The completion of the finished product pallets can be sent strapped with corners in an automatic strapping machine for departure to destination.
